the type of deal we are helping our client to conclude. However, one thing

How do we
operate?
Simple. We seek a soft quote - once it is
accepted the LOI and basic banking information will be needed, and the
procedure is outlined. Once the buyer and seller are in agreement, the
process starts in full speed.
